Wow, where did that year go!!
As usual we have been very busy since the last post and completed various projects both large and small.
The Welsh Chapel.
Working alongside Noble & Taylor Ltd.
A fascinating listed building full of history that had an extensive refurbishment recently completed.
We had the task of providing new lighting, power distribution and the full installation of two top floor flats. The pictures don’t do this wonderful building justice.
The Control Tower.
Working alongside RAP Office Contracts.
The Art Deco-inspired Control Tower is Grade II listed, built in 1942 and regarded as one of the best examples of its type. It has been carefully and respectfully refurbished and provides the centrepiece for the new piazza, part of Liberty Square the retail centre for Kings Hill.
The electrical package was completed as part of this unusual refurbishment.
51 Rectory Grove.
Working alongside Noble & Taylor Ltd.
Full electrical installation and ventilation as part of the complete refurbishment. Interesting project as this was the first time an existing property was made “air tight”.
This made it very efficient with minimum impact on the environment with fuel bills greatly reduced.

As always the domestic electrical team have also been busy in Harlow and the surrounding areas with various re-wires, mains changes, distribution board upgrades and internal and external lighting.
